  • On your browser visit enmmart.com
  • Click on Login & Signup Button, and the Signup window will appear.
  •  Enter Your Mobile Number.
  •  Click on Continue Button, then you will receive a one time password ( OTP) on your mobile number.
  •  Enter The OTP to Verify Your Mobile Number
  • Now, Enter enmmart login Password  (minimum 6 digits) of  Your Choice.
  •  Congratulations! Your account has been created.
  • Go to enmmart.com and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click ‘Proceed To Pay’.
  • Select your delivery address and click on the continue button.
  • Choose your mode of payment. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card /  NetBanking / Cash on delivery. Proceed to pay using your preferred choice.
  •  Verify the captcha code
  • Confirm order.
  • Your order is placed.
  • Log in to your enmmart account, and click on the ‘My Orders’ link to reach your account web page.
  • Select the item that you want to cancel, and click on the ‘View Details’ link next to it.
  • You will reach the detailed order page, where you will see a ‘Cancel’ link against every item in your order.
  • Click on ‘Cancel’ link against the item that you want to cancel the order of.
  •  Indicate the reason for canceling the order, select the mode of your refund, and confirm your order cancellation.
  • Once you have created your order cancellation request, your cancellation process starts and you get your refund within the stipulated period of  time.
  • In such cases normally payment would be automatically refunded by websites when the transaction fails. You can lodge a request for a refund from your bank if it isn’t refunded in a week or two.
  • You can only apply for a Return from your  Enmmart account. Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.
  • Within 48 hrs of initiation, an Emart personal will visit you.
  • If faulty, the return process would be initiated.
  • On shipping the product by Enmmart’s Logistics, Firstly it is received by the hub nearest to you then it is dispatched for delivery. It usually takes nearly 1 day or 2-day max. The shipping may be delayed, depending on the product lane(i.e Number of products per specific city), and Holidays.
  • An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Enmmart account.
  • You can specify a card label at the time of saving a card on EnMMart through the ‘My Account’ section. You can also add/edit the label anytime through ‘My Saved Cards’ in the ‘My Account’ section on EnM Mart.
  • The ‘Save Card’ option lets you save your credit/debit cards on your Enmmart account. This helps you complete your transactions in a quick and easy way.
  • Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorised by the owner of the card. When we’re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorised.
